BASC VOUCHERS

Active Kids is accepting the Service NSW BASC Vouchers.

The Service NSW BASC Vouchers are for Primary School aged children and provides 1x $500 voucher per child to go towards out of hours school care fees.

If you are enrolled with Active Kids and wish to use your BASC Voucher please email it through to davina@activekidsasc.com.au and clearly state your child's name and which Active Kids centre you wish it to be applied to (it can only be used at one centre).

Funds can take up to 14 days to clear and your credit will NOT be applied until then. In the meantime, your invoice must be paid in full as normal.

Once credited to your account, your voucher will cover the gap fees (your usual out of pocket expense) until used up. Please be sure to continue to view your invoices so you are ready to begin payment as normal once your voucher has been used up.

The BASC vouchers are a great initiative for families. But, we would like to be transparent that the administrative side for services is very intense. A lot of OSHC services have had to employ an administrator just to manage the reporting process for the vouchers. Being a small business, this is not possible for us, so we do ask that you are patient through this process.
